BYD ATTO 3 delivery starts in India.

BYD has started the deliveries of ATTO 3 electric SUV in India. Today the company announced that it delivered the first batch of over 340 BYD ATTO 3 premium e-SUVs. These cars were delivered to dealers pan India to be handed over to its customers.

BYD launched the ATTO 3 electric SUV in India in October 2022. The company has received over 2,000 bookings for the car. In an effort to reach even more customers, BYD is expanding its retail network in India, with plans to open at least 53 showrooms by the end of 2023 and sell 15,000 passenger EV units in India this year.

The delivery of ATTO 3 is just the first step in BYD’s plans to establish a strong presence in India. The company has announced plans to launch its electric sedan Seal in India by Q4 2023.

The e-SUV is built on cutting-edge e-Platform 3.0. This platform is designed specifically for the next generation of pure electric vehicles.

Powering the ATTO 3 is a 60.48 kWh Blade Battery, which provides an impressive ARAI-certified range of 521 km. The blade battery of this EV has even passed the nail penetration test - one of the industry’s toughest evaluations of battery safety and durability.

The BYD ATTO 3 is equipped with a cutting-edge 8-in-1 electric powertrain, making it one of the most advanced EVs on the market. This integrated powertrain includes a drive motor, motor controller, reducer, onboard charger, DC converter, high-voltage distribution box, vehicle controller, and Battery Management System (BMS).

BYD-ATTO 3 features L2 Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) BYD Dipilot, 7 airbags, the panoramic sunroof, a 12.8-inch adaptive rotating suspension electronic pad, 360° holographic transparent imaging system, an NFC card key, the Vehicle to Load (VTOL) mobile power station, etc.

Other key features of the car are mobile phone wireless charging, a one-touch electric control tailgate, NFC card key, an 8-speaker audio system, electric seat adjustment, voice control, LED headlamps, LED rear lights, multi-color gradient ambient lighting that responds to music rhythm, PM 2.5 air filter, CN95 air filter, etc.

It is available in India at an Ex-showroom price of ₹33.99 Lakhs in 4 colors: Boulder Grey, Parkour Red, Ski White, and Surf Blue.
