Lucid announces European pricing for Air Pure AWD and Air Touring variants.
Lucid Air Pure AWD and Air Touring models come equipped with a 92 kWh battery pack that offers a range of up to 725 km.
Lucid Group has announced the European pricing for its Lucid Air Pure AWD and Air Touring variants. With the Lucid Air Dream Edition and Air Grand Touring already making waves on European roads, the introduction of these two new trims further expands Lucid’s offerings in the region.
In a move aimed at providing a compelling electric driving experience for a wider customer base, Lucid’s Air Pure AWD and Air Touring models come equipped with the company’s Long Range Battery Pack. Notably, this battery pack, which is smaller and lighter at 92kWh, allows for additional rear seat legroom thanks to a deeper footwell. Lucid’s commitment to comfort is evident as the smaller battery pack creates an even more luxurious and spacious seating position while still delivering an impressive estimated WLTP combined range of up to 725 km.
The Lucid Air Pure AWD and Air Touring variants also boast a remarkable charging capacity of up to 250kW, ensuring faster and more convenient charging experiences. Furthermore, these models offer customers the option to enhance their driving experience with Lucid’s advanced DreamDrive Pro Advanced Driver Assistance System, which provides cutting-edge safety features and assists drivers in various road conditions.

Lucid Air Pure
Lucid Air Pure is an elemental model within its renowned Air lineup, offering a compelling blend of unique design and key features at a more attainable price point. This variant takes the stage with a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive (AWD) configuration, delivering an impressive 480 horsepower. Anticipated deliveries of the Air Pure AWD are slated to commence in the fourth quarter of 2023, targeting customers in Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, and Norway.
Following the launch of the AWD version, the company has plans to introduce a single-motor, rear-wheel-drive (RWD) variant of the Air Pure in 2024. The specific delivery timeline and pricing details for the Air Pure RWD will be communicated by Lucid at a later stage.
Setting a new standard in vehicle packaging efficiency, the Air Pure AWD incorporates Lucid’s Long Range Battery Pack, the company’s lightest and most compact battery pack to date. With 18 modules, compared to the 22 modules found in the Extended Range Pack, the Air Pure AWD showcases the artistry of the Lucid Space Concept. This optimized design not only enhances efficiency on the road but also offers an estimated WLTP combined range of up to 725 km, surpassing many other luxury EVs in its class.
Lucid Air Touring
Positioned at the heart of the Lucid Air family, the Lucid Air Touring presents an exceptional fusion of performance, range, and interior space. This model offers unparalleled options and flexibility, empowering customers to create a version that perfectly suits their individual needs. Deliveries of the Air Touring are slated to commence in the third quarter of 2023, targeting customers in Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, and Norway.
Under the hood, the Air Touring boasts a formidable dual-motor, all-wheel-drive powertrain that delivers an impressive 620 horsepower. Accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, this electric marvel is poised to thrill its occupants with exhilarating performance. Equipped with Lucid’s 18-module Long-Range Battery Pack, the Air Touring achieves an estimated WLTP combined range of up to 725 km, showcasing exceptional efficiency and extended driving capabilities. Moreover, passengers are treated to a generous amount of rear-seat leg and foot room, ensuring a comfortable and spacious journey.
Inside the cabin, the Air Touring elevates luxury to new heights, showcasing exquisite materials and impeccable craftsmanship. Seating surfaces are luxuriously adorned in Nappa full-grain leather, responsibly sourced from Lucid’s carbon-neutral leather partner. These sumptuous surfaces are thoughtfully contrasted with recycled textiles and synthetics, embodying Lucid’s commitment to sustainability. With an unwavering dedication to environmental responsibility, Lucid diligently sources sustainable materials and implements manufacturing practices that minimize the ecological footprint of its vehicles.
