Lower variant Ola S1 reservation begins today; Purchase window to open on 1st September.

Ola Electric finally started the reservations of the lower variant electric scooter, the Ola S1. It is built on the same platform as the S1 Pro and has the same Move OS and the same design.

The difference is in the range, battery capacity, and colour options available.

It has a battery capacity of 3kWh and an ARAI-certified range of 131 km. The true range in eco mode is 128 km, 101 km in normal mode, and 90 km in sports mode. The top speed is 95 km/h.

The S1 has all the features of the Pro variant, such as navigation, music, companion app, etc. It will also support all future updates.

It is available in five colour options Jet black, white, mint, liquid silver, and red.

The ex-showroom price of the Ola S1 is ₹99,999. The reservation of the scooter begins today. You can reserve it for ₹499 from the Ola Electric website from 15-31 August.

Users with reservations will get early access to buy it on September 1, and for everyone else, the purchase window will open on 2nd September.

The deliveries will begin on 7th September.

Ola Electric has also introduced multiple payment options like credit card EMI, loans, and cash. Customers can avail of a loan from the partners of Ola Electric.

The company also introduced the extended warranty. Users can extend their warranty to up to five years to protect their battery, motor, and other components. The extended warranty is also available for existing customers. They can buy it as an additional top-up from the Ola app.

Ola Electric also announced that the company would launch over 100 hyperchargers across the top 50 cities on Diwali this year.
