Hero opens the first Vida EV showroom in Bengaluru.

Hero will also open Vida EV showrooms in Jaipur and Delhi soon. Deliveries of e-scooters in these three cities will begin in the second week of December 2022.

Hero MotoCorp has opened the first Vida EV showroom in Bengaluru. The EV showroom located at Vittal Mallya Road will display Vida V1 scooters. Customers can visit the showroom to learn more about Vida electric scooters and take test rides.

Hero MotoCorp launched the Vida V1 electric scooter in October and started bookings in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Jaipur. Hero will also open EV showrooms in Jaipur and Delhi soon. Deliveries of e-scooters in these three cities will begin in the second week of December 2022. Bookings for other cities will also start in December.

The Vida V1 electric scooter comes in two variants, V1 Plus and V1 Pro. Vida V1 Plus offers a range of 143 km, and the Pro variant offers a 165 km range. Both variants have a top speed of 80 km/h and come with fast charging support at a rate of 1.2 km/min. The Plus variant can accelerate from 0-100 in 3.4 seconds, and the Pro can do the same in 3.2 seconds.

The scooter comes with multiple riding modes, Eco, Ride, Sport, and Custom. In the custom mode, riders can customize the performance, range, and regen and have over 100 combinations as per their riding needs.

The Plus variant is priced at ₹ 1,45,000, and the Pro variant at ₹1,59,000. Bookings in Delhi, Bangalore, and Jaipur are going on. Interested buyers of these three cities can reserve a scooter for themselves by paying ₹2,499. Hero is launching the V1 in a phased manner. Bookings for other cities will start in December.
