The new Serial 1 mountain bicycle offers cloud-enabled connectivity to capture essential ride data and improve security & safety.

Harley Davidson’s electric bicycle brand Serial 1 has launched a new electric mountain bicycle. The e-bicycle is called SWITCH/MTN and is designed for off-road adventures. The eMTB is capable of extreme off-roading and has the performance to satisfy an expert rider as well as a beginner. It has a 90 Nm mid-drive Brose S Mag motor and a 529 Wh removable battery.

The SR Suntour’s premier ZERON35 BOOST AIR fully adjustable suspension fork absorbs big hits and small stutters with equal ability, while grippy, high-volume Michelin E-Wild knobby tires deliver excellent traction.

The drivetrain components include a 1×12 gearing combination. It can be controlled with e-bike-specific single-click trigger shifters to provide the perfect gearing for any terrain. The TRP Slate T4 hydraulic disc brakes of this eMTB are built specifically for off-road use.

The SWITCH/MTN also offers cloud-enabled connectivity via the Serial 1 App, developed in partnership with Google Cloud, to capture essential ride data, and improve security & safety.

The SWITCH/MTN is available in four sizes of S/M/L/XL, and the pricing starts at $ 4,499.
