Tata Motors reveals the new electric SUV concept- Tata Curvv
Tata Curvv will enter the market as an EV first, followed by its Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) counterpart.
Tata Motors revealed the all-new electric SUV concept car- Tata Curvv. Managing Director of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd., and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd, Mr. Shailesh Chandra, revealed the concept car and called it an SUV with a futuristic design and exhilarating performance. Tata Curvv will be Tata’s first SUV to be launched as an EV first and with an ICE engine subsequently.
With its unique, edgy, and sporty coupe body style, Tata Curvv will enter the market in the next two years.
Tata Curvv design
The exterior of the car looks sporty and has a clean design. The backend of the car has a squared-up design. Like all other Tata SUVs, the wheel arches are wide.
The Head of Design, Tata Motors, Martin Uhlarik, calls the design language- digital. The clean exterior surfaces and crisp lines give the car an exciting, dynamic, and sporty look.
The interior also has a very digital look. It comes with a panoramic sunroof and two touchscreen infotainment displays.
The AC and heater controls are also touchscreen. The next-generation steering wheel comes with a digital platform with an illuminated Tata logo.
The car is a perfect blend of modern functionality and design. With all the new age materials, features and interfaces, Tata Motors is confident that this Coupe Concept will redefine the mainstream SUV design.
The company also believes that the production version of Curvv will give rise to a new breed of vehicles in India that provides its users with a true lifestyle mobility solution to enjoy.
