Matter Energy launches Battery swapping tech and Li-Ion energy storage products.

The battery swapping ecosystem Swap ME will cater to battery packs for two and three-wheelers.

Ahmedabad-based EV technology start-up Matter Energy launched its lithium ion-based energy storage products for mobility and stationary applications. They showcased the products at the India Energy Storage week. They also revealed their battery-swapping ecosystem concept for EVs. Their technology-enabled battery swapping ecosystem and stationary Li-Ion applications are built for the Indian geographical conditions.

The start-up believes its Li-Ion battery product portfolio will contribute to enabling higher EV adoption and clean energy transition.

The battery swapping technology of Matter Energy is known as Swap ME. They showcased the concept at the India Energy Storage week. The battery swapping ecosystem is built with state-of-art technology and service models with features like a swap system, data integration, thermal management, predictive AI, and a smart user interface.

Matter Energy’s swapping technology will cater to battery packs for two and three-wheelers. The Swap ecosystem is technology-enabled and connected, where consumers can refill on the go. The Swap ME connects to the mobile application, and keeps the user up to date on various metrics such as SoC, SoH, SoP, Battery Temperature, Voltage, Amperage, and Number of Cycles. Users can swap batteries at Swap ME in less than a minute.
