2024 Jaguar F-PACE plug-in hybrid to come with 20 percent more range.

Jaguar has unveiled the 2024 Model Year F-PACE P400e plug-in hybrid. The upgraded model will come with a bigger lithium-ion battery pack and enhanced specifications. The battery pack will comprise nine modules and have a total capacity of 19.2 kWh. This will increase the electric-only range from up to 33 miles (53km) to a maximum of 40 miles (65km) – an increase of more than 20 percent.

The F-PACE P400e plug-in hybrid will produce a combined output of 404PS and 640Nm torque, which will enable an acceleration of 0-60mph in just 5.0 seconds (0-100km/h in 5.3 seconds).

The car has three driving modes - EV mode, Hybrid mode, and Save mode. In the EV mode, the vehicle will run solely on electric power. In the Hybrid mode, which is the default mode, the vehicle will automatically combine petrol and electric drive to optimize efficiency and performance for longer journeys. The Save mode prioritizes the combustion engine as an energy source, maintaining battery charge for deployment at a specific point in the journey.

By Increasing the range of the P400e plug-in electric hybrid by more than 20 percent, it becomes an even more attractive combination of performance, efficiency, and zero-tailpipe emissions driving capability, and that’s something we’re very proud of.

The F-PACE will be equipped with features like an intuitive Pivi Pro infotainment system, offering seamless connectively through wireless Apple CarPlay, Wireless Android Auto, integrated Alexa voice control, and what3words navigation.
