ZeroNox Announces Partnerships to Bring Tuatara Electric UTVs to Europe.
Germany’s E-lix Elektromoblie GMBH and France’s Chateaux Des Langues to distribute ZeroNox powered electric Tuatara utility vehicles across Europe.
ZeroNox, a leading provider of sustainable off-highway vehicle electrification, has announced a significant step forward in expanding its presence in Europe. The company has signed distribution agreements with E-lix Elektromoblie GMBH and Chateaux Des Langues, bringing its ZeroNox-powered Tuatara electric utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) to the European market. This move allows E-lix Elektromoblie GMBH and Chateaux Des Langues to enhance their offerings to off-highway vehicle customers while promoting environmentally friendly alternatives.
The distribution agreements enable E-lix Elektromoblie GMBH and Chateaux Des Langues to offer the ZeroNox-powered Tuatara UTVs to their customers across Europe. By incorporating these vehicles into their product lines, both companies cater to the growing demand for sustainable off-highway vehicles without compromising on performance capabilities.
The ZeroNox-powered Tuatara electric UTV is a robust vehicle, boasting a 2,200-pound load and towing capacity. Equipped with the ZeroNox proprietary electric powertrain platform (ZEPP) and a lithium-ion phosphate battery (LFP), the Tuatara provides a driving range of 4 to 6 hours. The vehicle can reach top speeds of 35 miles per hour and offers two charging options: a 6-hour recharge using a standard 110-volt plug or a rapid charge option of 3.5 hours using a 220-volt outlet. This versatility allows for convenient and efficient recharging, ensuring uninterrupted usage for off-highway vehicle enthusiasts.
The distribution agreements mark another milestone for ZeroNox, following its previously announced definitive business combination agreement with The Growth for Good Acquisition Corporation. This agreement, once approved by Growth for Good’s shareholders and subject to customary closing conditions, will lead to ZeroNox becoming a publicly listed company.
Vonn R. Christenson, CEO of ZeroNox, said “Within the first 12 months of bringing the ZeroNox-powered Tuatara electric vehicle to market, Tuatara witnessed a year over year sales increase of over 800%. ZeroNox and Tuatara’s partnership has enabled us to drive enormous growth of off-highway electric UTVs, which we hope to now bring to key growth markets like Europe. Our new distribution partners share our goal of providing clean technology solutions to the off-highway vehicles space, and we look forward to collaborating with them and additional partners in the future to bring these environmentally friendly UTVs across the region and globally.”
Robert Cruess, President of ZeroNox, added “Our distribution partnerships with E-lix Elektromoblie and Chateaux Des Langues expand our market presence to highly strategic markets including Germany and France, while fulfilling Europe’s increasing demand for eco-friendly off-highway transport options. We are confident of the expertise of our distribution partners in the clean technology sector and are committed to working together towards bringing ZeroNox-powered zero-emission Tuatara electric vehicles across Europe.”
