XPeng delivered 5,101 EVs in October 2022, and the total cumulative deliveries reached 103,654.

Chinese EV company XPeng has announced its vehicle delivery results for October 2022. In October, XPeng delivered 5,101 EVs, consisting of 2,104 units of P7 sedans, 1,665 P5 sedans, 623 G9 Flagship SUVs, and 709 G3i compact SUVs. As of October 31, 2022, the cumulative deliveries of the company reached 103,654.

XPeng launched the G9 SUV in September. Mass deliveries of the G9 began on October 27, reaching customers in over 100 cities across China.

G9 is the fourth production model of XPeng. It is the world’s fastest-charging EV. It supports up to 480 kW of charging. G9 offers a maximum CLTC range of 702 km, leading the mid-size SUV class. The other two versions of G9 offer up to 570 km and 650 km (4WD) of CLTC range—between 460 and 570 km when converted to WLTP range.

He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of XPENG, said: We are accelerating customer deliveries of G9. Logistics and transportation capabilities are all in place for a steady production ramp-up beginning in November. We expect that P7 and G9, both built on the Edward platform, will comprise a larger proportion of total deliveries in the coming months. Fulfilling customers’ needs by delivering an unmatched user experience through technology innovations remains our key priority. I’ve recently optimized our organizational structures and am confident that we are better aligned with customer demands and market trends with our differentiated Smart EV products.
