Ola Electric aims to open 200 showrooms in India by March 2023. At the Ola Experience Centre, customers will get a hands-on experience with the S1 electric scooter, product demos, and test rides.

Ola Electric is rapidly expanding its offline network in India. In September this year, Ola inaugurated its first offline experience center. Till now, the company has opened over 15 experience centres in India. CEO of Ola Bhavish Aggarwal announced that the company would open two new showrooms in Bengaluru this month.

Ola Electric aims to open 200 showrooms in India by March 2023. At the Ola Experience Centre, customers will get a hands-on experience with the S1 electric scooter. Customers will get product demos and test rides. Buyers can also understand the buying process and find the most suitable finance option for themselves. Customers can also reach out to EV centres for any post-sale care and maintenance service.

Alongside its expansion in India, Ola is also expanding internationally. The company recently took part in the EICMA or the Milan Motorcycle Show. Ola is planning to launch its scooters in Europe, Latin America, and ASEAN (Southeast Asian Nations). The company has already partnered with CG Motors to launch the scooters in Nepal.

The demand and sales of S1 scooters are increasing. In October this year, the company delivered more than 20,000 e-scooters(more than all other EV companies). The company also rolled out its 100,000th electric scooter from its futurefactory in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, on November 3rd. The company achieved this milestone in just 10 months of production.

Besides electric scooters, Ola Electric is also making electric cars, lithium-ion cells, and electric motorbikes. The company will launch its first electric car in 2024. The car will be one of the fastest cars in India, with 0-100 km/h acceleration in under 4 seconds and a range of 500 km per charge. Ola will also start producing lithium-ion cells next year.
