Joy E-bike starts deliveries of its electric two-wheeler MIHOS.

The deliveries have commenced in a phased manner across Gujarat and Maharashtra, with the first phase consisting of over 150 Joy e-bike MIHOS and 50 Joy e-rik deliveries.

Joy e-bike, the Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has started delivering its new electric two-wheeler MIHOS and electric three-wheeler Joy e-rik from April 19, 2023. The deliveries have commenced in a phased manner across Gujarat and Maharashtra, with the first phase consisting of over 150 MIHOS and 50 Joy e-rik deliveries. The company plans to add additional cities in different states in a phased manner, with deliveries being conducted through over 600 authorized showrooms across the country.

The electric scooter MIHOS was launched during the Auto Expo 2023 at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 1,35,000 (for the first 5000 customers). The new scooter is designed and developed with Poly DiCycloPentadiene (PDCPD) to absorb maximum impact on the road with added durability and flexibility.

The Joy e-bike MIHOS is equipped with a 2.5 kWh 74V 40Ah Li-Ion battery featuring Nickel Manganese Cobalt chemistry, offering a range of 100km. The battery has been designed to handle shock loads and has undergone extensive reliability testing to ensure its durability.

The MIHOS scooter is equipped with a 1500W motor that delivers 95 Nm of torque. It has a top speed of 70 km/h and can accelerate from 0-40 km/h in under 7 seconds. It also features twin disc brakes with an electronic braking system for added safety.

The MIHOS scooter is designed with comfort and ease of use in mind, featuring a spacious and extended seat. Its dimensions are 1864mm in length, 700mm in width, 1178mm in height, and a wheelbase of 1,360mm.

In addition to the MIHOS, Joy e-bike also launched its first electric three-wheeler Joy e-rik during the Auto Expo 2023 at a price of Rs. 3,40,000 (ex-showroom). The Joy e-rik provides durability, wide seating space, and low maintenance costs, making it one of the distinct models in the market equipped with the latest design and customer-friendly IoT features.
